Natural new born photography, Clitheroe, Lancashire 

I'm meeting more and more people that mention to me that they'd love pictures with their newborn baby, however they want them to be natural and more lifestyle based than studio. It gives me so much pleasure going in to people's homes when they've just had a little one, and it feels like a massive privilege to be invited in to such a delicate, new situation. 

I'm also realising that on these shoots, it's lovely to capture not just the set-up pictures but also those of the small moments that at the time to new parents can feel mundane - such as changing nappies and feeds. However, its these moments that eventually as they grow older you come to miss so it's nice to have a keep sake of them. 

It was really lovely to meet Rebecca and Chris and their gorgeous little bundle Hunter (not forgetting Trixie) and photograph them in their beautiful home. Here are just a few of my favourites for you. What a perfect little family.
