Destination Wedding Photography

I myself am a destination wedding bride. I got married on Lake Como in a beautiful village called Varenna with 35 family and friends and I would do it all again tomorrow. Destination weddings aren’t for everyone, but my dream was to get married outside, by the water and have amazing food and at the time I couldn’t find anywhere that fit that bill for a small wedding and it worked out perfectly. Whilst getting married abroad is exciting and often absolutely stunning it’s not without its challenges, so having a photographer who understands them should be a weight of your mind.

The first wedding I ever photographed was in Istanbul and since then I have photographed weddings in Italy, I’m still waiting do one in France, or even further afield.

The beauty of taking a wedding photographer with you is that you can meet in the U.K. before your wedding, I can travel and spend the night before with you. photographing any pre-events you may have and hopefully there will be no communication barrier.
